when shit goes wrong, you want a good start again. WRONG. what you actually get is more trouble, more work and a screwed up life. People say itll get better but it wont. nothing will. You might forget about it for a while, but then something will bring back that crushing feeling you tried burying under your wall of "optimism"...

Dont bottle it up. Tell someone about it, no matter how small the problem. One day, your inconvenient truths that your outwardly optimistic nature has hidden from view will plunge you into the sea of despair, and you will drown, because you never bothered learning how to swim. If you cant cope with something at the time, bottling it up makes the matter even more depressing and lonely, for when the floodgates open, you wont cope with the rush of emotions that you couldnt solely address.
